TECHNICAL SERVICES

BF Metal’s in-house Engineering Team has the technical skills and capabilities for the preparation of Fabrication Detail Drawings including 3-D Modeling using the latest technology and technical software as follows:

  • StruM.I.S
  • AutoCad
  • Tekla X-Steel

The in-house Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS) Department ensures that all materials fabricated within the plant conform to customer specifications and plans.

The QEHS Department also does non-destructive testing for welds as follows:

  • Ultrasonic Testing
  • Penetrant Testing
  • Magnetic Testing
  • Radiographic Testing*
  • Heat Treatment Stress Relieving*
  • Other test required by customers

*Subcontracted to inspection companies

BF Metal’s Technical Departments have the capability and experience to produce the following major deliverables as part of the Engineering Services:
